Provide expertise in DNA cloning, in-vitro RNA transcription and cell-based assay characterization of RNA vaccine candidates
Design and develop new assays and technologies to support RNA vaccine generation and evaluation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the translation of research findings into vaccine development
Stay updated with the latest scientific advancements in the field of RNA vaccines
Assist in the preparation of research findings for internal reports and publication in scientific journals
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards in the development and testing of RNA vaccines
Contribute to a culture of teamwork and scientific excellence
Requirements
PhD. with 0+ years of experience, Masters with 4+ years of experience or Bachelors with 6+ years of experience in cell and molecular biology, RNA biochemistry, or a related biotechnology field
Two or more years of experience in molecular biology and cloning, including gibson cloning, mutagenesis, RNA production and characterization
Two or more years of experience in RNA in vitro transcription techniques and familiarity with RNA based vaccine technology
Two or more years of experience in cell-based assays using flow cytometry and high-content imaging
Two or more years of experience with common molecular biology software e.g. Geneious.
