Provide technical assistance, sales support, sales follow-up, and compelling quotations to our external customers
Establish and maintain customer relationships
Call on management representatives such as engineers, architects, or professional and technical personnel at commercial, industrial, and other establishments to convince prospective clients of the desirability and practicability of products or services offered
Work with factory direct or outside sales representatives on pricing, technical information, proposals and related documents
Manage assigned product lines, geographic region, OEM or key accounts as defined by sales management
Perform quoting activity for customer
Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and other customer documents to develop and prepare cost estimates
Provide technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
Provide technical training to field sales personnel
Be product expert and recommend solutions, designs, alterations, or application of company’s products or services to satisfy customer needs
Liaison between sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality and production control on all issues regarding customer’s purchase orders
Requirements
2-3 years’ experience in a technical sales or support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to read and understand drawings and technical specifications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Results oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and opportunities, and make data driven decisions
Detailed oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and completeness in data entry and reporting
Self-directed and organized, exhibiting strong initiative, and the ability to prioritize and execute multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
