Contribute to and refine our design system to ensure it aligns with strategic goals while maintaining consistent, high-quality design standards.
Requirements
8-10+ years of experience delivering high-quality B2B SaaS products on large-scale projects
Demonstrated track record of maintaining high executional quality and organizational impact
Independent in driving discovery processes and leveraging customer insights to inform product strategy and define design directions
Skilled in leading the design process from ambiguity to concept and execution for entire product areas
Strong ability to mentor and influence others, including senior and executive management teams
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving
Proven success in driving design strategy, systemic thinking, and strong product sensibility
Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts to diverse audiences
Proficient in managing complex projects, timelines, and proactive escalation handling
Portfolio required, showcasing consumer-grade craftsmanship and effective product solutions tailored to customer needs
Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work
demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
