Senior Director, eDiscovery

Role Overview

• Join our legal team as a dynamic eDiscovery lawyer
• Lead strategic change in complex litigation and eDiscovery matters
• Mentor and develop a team on eDiscovery strategies
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
• Drive innovation in eDiscovery practices

Requirements

• A minimum of 10+ years in complex litigation and eDiscovery
• A minimum of 8 years in supporting complex litigation and eDiscovery
• Deep knowledge of eDiscovery processes, including data collection, preservation, review, and production
• Extensive experience and understanding of sophisticated eDiscovery strategies, tools and technologies
• Proficiency in employing pioneering technologies to enhance eDiscovery practices
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance issues related to data management issues
• Bachelor's and a J.D. degree
• Active license to practice law in at least one of the fifty states.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
