Support operational risk and resilience programs by enhancing processes, documentation, and reporting
Assist with data analysis, consolidation, and preparation of materials that inform oversight and decision‑making
Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to improve risk practices and increase consistency across teams
Participate in research, drafting, and organizing information to support internal guidance, frameworks, and resources
Help maintain and improve data quality through updates, reviews, and structured cleanup activities across risk and resilience programs
Collaborate with team members and cross‑functional partners to build working relationships and gain insight into enterprise risk practices
Lead or co‑lead a student project that addresses an identified team need, with mentorship from the Operational Risk & Resilience team
Requirements
Currently in your second year or higher, pursuing a degree in business, risk management, data analytics, technology, or a related field
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and produce clear, meaningful outputs
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across teams
Interest in areas such as operational risk, business continuity, third‑party risk, cybersecurity, or resilience
Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset
