Lead end-to-end implementation projects from contract signature through successful go-live, managing project plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies across all workstreams.
Ensure implementations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to customer success criteria—with clear accountability for school-year launch deadlines.
Partner with Product Engineers on SIS data integrations (PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, Synergy, etc.), Clever/ClassLink rostering, SFTP feeds, SSO configuration, and platform setup.
Translate district technical environments and constraints into clear implementation plans. Serve as the technical point of coordination between Edia and district IT teams.
Receive structured handoffs from Sales (SOW, technical requirements, district champion introduction) and manage a clean transition to the CSM at go-live (adoption metrics, training completion, configuration documentation).
Understand district goals, procurement timelines, and operational realities to tailor implementation approaches. Guide customers through rollout best practices and early adoption.
Requirements
4+ years in implementation management, technical consulting, solutions delivery, or engagement management within a SaaS or technology environment.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder implementations (enterprise or public sector a plus).
Strong technical fluency—comfortable discussing data integrations, system architectures, APIs, and data mapping. Hands-on coding not required.
Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex workstreams on deadline.
Exceptional communication—able to align technical and non-technical audiences, from district IT directors to superintendents.
