Bachelor's degree desired in Computer Science or Cybersecurity or 5+ years of related experience.
A proven leader with a track record of designing and executing large-scale automations, AI, and machine learning solutions driving down cyber risks.
Deeply knowledgeable about Flow Data security principles, best practices, and the evolving threat landscape.
Highly skilled in Agile Scrum, modern automation frameworks, CI/CD, and security tools.
A collaborative communicator, comfortable working across disciplines and presenting to executives.
Innovative problem solver who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Experience leading teams through organizational and technological change.
Experience with the Agile Scrum methodology with a product centric delivery strategy.
