Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for customer analytics
Write SQL queries to analyze data from multiple sources
Partner with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
Perform ad-hoc and exploratory analysis of customer, ticketing, and contact center data to identify trends and opportunities
Present findings clearly using Tableau, Excel, or PowerPoint
Support customer experience improvement initiatives through key metrics and insights
Manage multiple projects in an agile environment
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or analytics-focused roles
Strong Tableau dashboard development skills
Solid SQL skills for querying, joining, and aggregating data
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly detail-oriented
Preferred Experience with NICE CXone or other contact center data
Hands-on experience with SQL Server and Excel
Familiarity with applying statistical or mathematical concepts in data analysis.
