Requirements
At least 5 years of professional experience in Graphic Design with a strong focus on social and paid media.
A portfolio presenting high-quality social media work that quickly communicates the ability to craft content that resonates and delivers results.
Proven ability to create conversion-focused paid creative and platform-native organic content, including short-form video.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong English communication skills with the ability to explain design thinking and creative direction.
Senior-level experience, able to operate independently with minimal oversight.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and effective time management skills.
Stable job history and a long-term mindset.
