Role Overview
- Shape the strategic direction of Fidelity’s audit methodology
- Oversee several enterprise‑critical workstreams that strengthen audit execution
- Provide executive oversight of the quality assurance and improvement program (QAIP)
- Drive continuous improvement using data analytics, automation, and technology‑enabled solutions
- Collaborate with senior audit executives to develop data‑driven reporting for the Audit Committee
Requirements
- 10+ years of audit or related experience (preferably in financial services)
- BA/BS in a relevant field
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Professional certifications (CIA, CPA, CISA) are strongly preferred
