About this role
Role Overview
Drive the successful design, integration, and delivery of complex engineering projects across their full lifecycle
Facilitate engineering design evaluations to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility
Develop, implement, and communicate operational plans for project execution
Monitor project progress, performance, and adherence to schedules and budgets
Review industry policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data accuracy, security, and regulatory requirements
Facilitate technical support throughout the engineering process
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams and coordinate disciplines to achieve project goals
Identify, develop, and secure resources necessary for project completion
Prepare engineering design reviews, work specifications, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Select appropriate materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors
Take proactive action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required
7+ years of experience
Strong knowledge of engineering design principles, project management, and industry regulations
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and schedule constraints
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience collaborating across engineering disciplines and with external contractors
