Partners and supports key initiatives through various tasks, projects and assignments for an organization's learning and talent development programs.
Supports various initiatives for learning and talent programs, processes and policies according to organizational human resources strategies and in support of achieving business outcomes.
Designs, develops and delivers a variety of learning and talent development programs to live audiences both in-person and virtually.
May provide stand-up classroom instruction in person and/or virtually to employees, managers and senior leaders across the enterprise.
Provides on-going support to monitor progress and evaluate learning and talent development strategy effectiveness.
Develops strategic relationships with both internal and external partners, collaborating effectively.
Drives innovation by applying current trends, improving tools, and fostering a growth mindset.
Requirements
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience
In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
