The VP, Finance & Accounting leads financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management across the company.
This role partners closely with executive leadership and operating company leaders to provide financial insight, support strategic decision-making, strengthen financial systems, and ensure consistent, accurate financial results.
The VP, Finance & Accounting also directs and develops the Finance and Accounting team to support organizational growth and capability.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
10+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial leadership roles.
Experience supporting manufacturing, multi-entity, or multi-site business environments strongly preferred.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial insights into business recommendations.
Proficiency with financial modeling, ERP systems, and Excel/BI reporting tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to partner across senior levels.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and drive process improvement.
