Medical Imaging Field Engineer – Mammography

Role Overview

• Lead service, maintenance, and repair of GE and Hologic Mammography systems, ensuring the highest standards of performance
• Perform preventive maintenance, calibrations, quality control (QC), and quality assurance (QA) according to OEM specifications
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic issues on Mammography equipment
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with customers, ensuring rapid resolution of issues
• Collaborate with team members while operating independently in the field
• Travel regularly to customer sites throughout the Northeast

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience servicing GE and Hologic Mammography equipment (minimum 2+ years)
• Associate’s degree, OEM Radiology, Electrical, or Technology training preferred
• Proficient with computer tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
