Prepare ad hoc and recurring reports and analyses of trade-related data
Monitor changes to trade compliance regulations and highlight implications for Nokia
Perform and improve audits of import and export filings to ensure adherence to Nokia’s trade compliance operating procedures (US and Canada)
Suggest and assist with the implementation of process improvements related to trade compliance activities
Provide instructions to customs brokers, freight forwarders, and 3rd party compliance providers
Provide instructions and guidance to internal stakeholders on trade compliance matters
Prepare standard operating procedures, desktop procedures, manuals and other trade compliance-related documentation
Commit to continuously enhancing skillset

Minimum 2 years of hands-on trade compliance experience
Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics
Strong Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Apps skills
Strong analytical skills
Working knowledge of US and Canadian import and export regulations
Self-starter who can work independently and desires to work in a dynamic and changing environment
Communication, writing and interpersonal skills
