Senior Principal Security Engineer, Cyber Security

Role Overview

• Responsible for researching, evaluating, and designing technical security solutions for the enterprise.
• Provide technical security assessment support.
• Develop, maintain, and monitor an effective Information Security program to provide logical and physical protection of the company's technical resources.
• Execute security engineering practices for IS projects.
• Conduct product research and participate in the selection process of technologies to support security requirements.
• Establish technical security guidance and provision access by ensuring proper access to enterprise applications and data communications systems and services for each customer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering -OR
• a combination of equivalent education and experience
• Upon hire: CISSP, CISM, CEH, or an equivalent certification
• 10 or more years related experience
• Experience performing in an Incident Commander role for cyber incidents and issues affecting business operations
• In depth experience designing security controls and countermeasures for operating systems, databases, applications, Web services, user devices, and wireless networks
