About this role

Own full cycle accounting activities including general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and month end close
Prepare financial statements, perform variance analysis, and analyze complex financial data
Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain effective internal controls
Partner with finance and business stakeholders while operating independently in a fast-paced environment
Prepares highly complex journal entries on a monthly basis
Analyzes general ledger accounts for accuracy and accrual accounts
Collects and analyzes financial data and prepares monthly combined financial statements and reports
Assists with the preparation of year-end closings and annual long-term and short-term financial statements
Provides expertise and guidance to other Finance personnel

Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Accounting or similar
5 years of accounting experience, including 3 years in a mid to senior level accounting role
Required experience in a mid-to-large company
Direct ownership of full cycle accounting and corporate financial reporting
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
