Work with a team of software developers, testers and third-party vendors to design, build and test system enhancements, reports and integrations for HR systems.
Assist with decommissioning legacy HR system functionality that will be replaced by the new Oracle HCM Cloud functionality.
Assist with on-going enhancement, new feature enablement and production support of HR system functionality (Oracle HCM Cloud and other related HR systems).
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HR / HCM applications in a complex and highly integrated environment.
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting at least 3 of the following modules in Oracle HCM Cloud: Time and Labor, Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Payroll, Recruiting.
Strong knowledge of HR business processes.
Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced, loosely structured, collaborative environment.
Good understanding of contemporary systems, development methodologies and tools in a large corporate setting.
Strong communication skills and an ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
Ability to evaluate and prioritize work based on business value.
