Role Overview
- Audit existing configurations and execute redesigns to improve user experience and system accuracy
- Lead the roll-out of new Absence and Time Tracking functionality for existing Workday clients
- Solve complex issues from tangled calculation tags to misfiring accrual rules
- Guide clients through semi-annual Workday updates, ensuring effective leverage of new Abs/TT features
Requirements
- Strong expertise in Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration within a live, post-production environment
- Enjoy the variety of supporting multiple clients and pivoting quickly between different business requirements and industries
- Proven ability to look at a 'messy' tenant and design a scalable path forward
- Strong ability to consult with clients on redesign necessity and impact on their bottom line
