Lead and architect end-to-end Workday implementations and post production optimizations
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, transforming them into system design solutions
Provide expert-level guidance on Workday functionality across various modules, ensuring efficient configuration and integration
Troubleshoot complex issues and design scalable, long-term solutions for system enhancements
Mentor and guide junior consultants and client teams through best practices and Workday system knowledge

Strong experience with Workday architecture and design across one or more modules (e.g., HCM, Financials, Recruiting, Absence, etc.)
Previous experience leading or implementing Workday solutions in a consulting or client-side role
Ability to design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions that meet client needs
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Workday certification(s) preferred but not required.
