Fleet Manager – Earth Moving Solutions

Role Overview

• Develop and implement fleet optimization strategies for the region
• Implement standard fleet utilization metrics (KPIs)
• Drive profitability through effective fleet utilization
• Analyze time utilization, cap factor, and rate achievement
• Review capital equipment requisitions for fleet needs
• Provide high-level support to field operational teams
• Implement continual improvement processes across the region
• Suggest stocking orders based on PC performance
• Coordinate regional strategies for equipment disposal and refurbishment
• Maintain rental inventory availability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of equipment fleet management in the equipment rental industry
• Analytically proficient with rental fleet metrics (time utilization, Cap Factor, etc.)
• Strong Teamwork and Influencer Capabilities
• Safety awareness and responsibility
• Reliability and confidence-building with team members
• Comfortable with travel (25% of the time)
• Extensive proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Power BI experience required
• Preferred experience with Rental Counter Systems (including data architecture)
• Must understand configuration options for large construction equipment
• Preferred background with Heavy Dirt products
