Design and evolve our data platform, which is used on a large scale for business decisions and high-impact innovative initiatives
Design, develop, and optimize ingestion and transformation pipelines (batch and real-time)
Model robust analytical data (star, Data Vault, bronze/silver/gold) for BI and data science
Improve reliability, performance, and governance (security, cataloging, quality, costs)
Collaborate with analysts, testers, architects, and stakeholders to translate needs into solutions
Provide technical guidance to the team, promote best practices (code reviews, standards, tests, documentation), and drive change
Contribute to an Agile culture (Scrum/Kanban) focused on value and incremental delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science/software engineering or equivalent
5–7 years in software/data engineering, including ETL/ELT and large-scale data warehousing
Proficient in data modeling and analytical architectures
Excellent SQL skills and optimization; hands-on experience with Snowflake
Strong knowledge of Unix and the Cloud ecosystem (preferably AWS)
Python and Java (a plus)
Experience with CI/CD, automated data testing, quality/observability
Basic understanding of AI/machine learning (advantageous for collaborating with Data Science)
Bilingual (French/English) – Required to interact regularly with colleagues across the country.
