Build trust. In vintage, reputation is everything. You’ll become the person serious collectors want to consign with, buy from, and sell to.
Shape product. You’ll spot gaps—whether it’s auction formats, pricing tools, or seller workflows—and bring those insights back to the team.
Run your process. Prospecting, qualification, relationship-building—it’s all muscle memory for you.
Requirements
3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Proven track record of exceeding quota and managing pipeline in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams
Relentless drive—comfortable with cold outreach, discovery, and deal-closing conversations
A passion for vintage cards—whether as a collector, investor, dealer, or lifelong fan of the hobby
