Manage all facets of a multidimensional, interwoven team and provide sound, strategic counsel to ensure progress, action and results
Develop thorough knowledge of client industry landscape, scientific approach and business objectives in order to identify strategic opportunities
Partner with subject matter experts to develop strategic programs that meet client goals
Work with a variety of clients who span more than one function
Develop wide array of communications materials and other deliverables
Support VP and above in developing plans, proposals and high-level deliverables
Support project managers in managing account financials
Ensure team meets deadlines, manages priorities and effectively communicates to both internal and external stakeholders
Supervise junior staff and play an active role in their professional development
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in communications, English or similar major
At least 5-8 years agency experience, including experience in healthcare and science communications/public relations
Experience supporting communications for pharma clients, or similar high-science communications experience preferred
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and familiarity with media tools (e.g., Cision, Bloomberg Terminal, HootSuite)
Knowledge of AI and AI tools
Be able to manage multiple projects and/or accounts simultaneously, demonstrate adaptability to new information and shifting priorities
