About this role
Role Overview
- Lead planning and coordination of 12–15 Aquablation program launches per quarter.
- Project manages launches to meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Lead the cross-functional communication and problem-solving efforts.
- Launch planning and execution alignment with CAP and UTL leadership teams.
- Develop detailed launch workplans and readiness trackers aligned with RSR/ASR priorities.
- Coordinate all field activity through the RSR and ASR to ensure unified customer communication.
- Manage launch readiness across capital delivery, clinical education, reimbursement setup, and scheduling readiness.
- Conduct structured Launch Readiness Reviews and post-launch evaluations.
- Track and report KPI progress with commercial operations and regional teams.
- Identify risks, delays, or resourcing gaps early and escalate cross-functionally.
- Develop and refine launch templates, playbooks, and dashboards to standardize excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in project or program management within healthcare or MedTech.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives.
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%.
