Conduct time & motion studies and evaluate production standards.
Analyze material and operational flows and lead project teams in design solutions.
Monitor performance metrics and track trends in capacity planning and staffing requirements.
Plan and design workflows, process maps, and layouts for optimum efficiency.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science Degree in Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
Proficient hands-on experience with preferred methods, engineered standards, MSD, and time studies.
At least 3 plus years of direct experience in distribution automation technology including Warehouse Controller Systems (WCS), RF Technology, and various sortation systems.
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is required.
Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
