Execute the "Ava" Core Engine: Build and maintain the end-to-end inbound and outbound call workflows, ensuring that STT, LLM orchestration, and TTS work in a tight, low-latency loop.
Architect Internal High-Leverage Tools: Develop the "Ava Hub"—the internal mission control that allows our non-technical team to tune scripts, review outcomes, and adjust AI behavior without needing a deploy.
Own Production Observability: Build the logging, alerting, and audit trails necessary to provide lawyers with total transparency into how Ava is representing their firm.
