Coordinate Sales, Operations, and Inventory Planning (SIOP) processes

Enhance customer satisfaction, optimize working capital, improve productivity, and support our company's growth objectives through effective supply chain management
Requirements
Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience in progressive supply chain management with at least 5-7 years in leadership roles
Preferred Fields of Study: Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field
APICS certification strongly recommended
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred
Lean Manufacturing certification valued
Comprehensive knowledge in end-to-end supply chain planning, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and materials management
Successful experience implementing and managing SIOP processes across complex organizations
Experience with ERP systems and advanced planning tools (SAP, Kinaxis, etc.)
Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across all organizational levels
Experience in GMP/regulated environments (Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device) preferred
Demonstrated success implementing continuous improvement and change management initiatives
Effective team leadership abilities with experience managing geographically dispersed teams
Ability to travel 25-30%
Experience developing talent and building organizational capabilities
