Participate as a Regional Service Team member responsible for providing the best service for our customers across the USA.
Manage all resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property.
Support execution of retrofit projects including installation, power up, and commissioning of control solutions.
Provide technical direction and guidance to craft labor in support of a power equipment outage.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical discipline and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Power generation, generator controls, and or turbine controls.
Advanced experience in Field Service and Technical Advising in the Power Generation Industry
Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
Ability to travel for weeks at a time; 50% travel as required
