Assemble devices for various clinical applications based on drawings and written instructions.
Work from and understand schematics, diagrams, written and verbal instructions.
Align and assemble small components and mechanical systems.
Testing and troubleshooting of sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure the established quality standards.
Perform experiments to validate the performance of the device.

High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred
Mechanical, optical, acoustic or electrical assembly or testing experience 1-2 years preferred
Skilled in using hand tools and basic electronic and mechanical equipment
Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and directions
Good organizational skills and the ability to function with minimal supervision
Ability to learn new techniques
High degree of computer literacy
