Supply Chain Planning Engineer

Role Overview

• Responsible for leading cross functional projects focused on capacity, agility, and associated supply chain concepts.
• The role facilitates the EPP enterprise capacity process and ECR-C component capacity planning process.
• Performs planning of the enterprise capacity planning transformational program.
• The role is instrumental in facilitating and executing Capacity and Agility processes with Prime Product Groups and Facilities.
• Identifying, defining, leading implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
• Establishing and strengthening effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
• Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
• Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving facility capacity and supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineer or related technical field or other bachelors degree with extensive related experience.
• 3+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exposure to CNC machining and turning operations (including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, boring.)
• Background in heavy manufacturing or quality engineering, with a desire to advance into a leadership role.
