Responsible for leading cross functional projects focused on capacity, agility, and associated supply chain concepts.
The role facilitates the EPP enterprise capacity process and ECR-C component capacity planning process.
Performs planning of the enterprise capacity planning transformational program.
The role is instrumental in facilitating and executing Capacity and Agility processes with Prime Product Groups and Facilities.
Identifying, defining, leading implementation of integrated supply chain solutions and performance improvements.
Establishing and strengthening effective linkages, partnerships, and best practices with business partners and internal functions.
Investigating and incorporating industry benchmarks, metrics and best practices to develop optimal supply chains for suppliers and/or product sets.
Leads the development and analyzes data and information to identify and prioritize opportunities for improving facility capacity and supply chain performance.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Engineer or related technical field or other bachelors degree with extensive related experience.
3+ years of Supply Chain or Manufacturing Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Exposure to CNC machining and turning operations (including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, boring.)
Background in heavy manufacturing or quality engineering, with a desire to advance into a leadership role.
