About this role

Develop predictive and analytical models used in productivity assessments across the organization (GBM)
Query and analyze operational and financial data to identify productivity improvement opportunities
Support benchmarking and scenario planning for network optimization
Oversee the development and application of knowledge graphs and advanced analytics
Visualize complex data in accessible formats for diverse audiences
Translate manufacturing and financial data into strategic recommendations

Bachelor's degree with at least 6 years of experience; OR a master's degree with at least 5 years of experience; OR a PhD with 1+ years of experience
Experience driving data science, analytics, and operational excellence initiatives
Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL
Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
Strong foundation in statistical modeling and predictive analytics
Exceptional ability to analyze complex datasets and design sustainable strategies
Proven track record in managing end-to-end analytics projects
