Perform day-to-day administration and configuration of the ServiceNow platform
Manage core ITSM applications, troubleshooting issues, and automating internal business processes
Design, develop, and customize applications within the ServiceNow platform
Monitor platform performance and identify areas for optimization
Plan and execute system maintenance, patch installations, and version upgrades
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for all ServiceNow-related issues
Design and maintain automated workflows to streamline internal business processes
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
Assist in the implementation and maintenance of integrations with other systems

5+ years of relevant experience (at least 3+ as a ServiceNow Administrator)

The ability to communicate effectively and professionally
Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions
The mindset to provide superior service
Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages
Experience with relational databases and data management within the ServiceNow platform
Familiarity with web service integrations
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on internal customer service
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
