8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience leading others
Deep understanding of PEP frameworks, customer due diligence requirements, FATF guidance, and global financial crime risk management.
Strong technical expertise in Python, SQL, Spark, R, and experience with big data ecosystems (BigQuery, Hadoop).
Experience building and deploying risk models, entity resolution, or graph analytics at scale.
Proven ability to partner with compliance officers, regulators, MLROs, and cross-functional teams to operationalize regulatory requirements.
