Own end-to-end execution of state-level product updates, from intake of requirements through release and post-launch follow-up
Partner with Insurance Product and business stakeholders to clarify priorities, scope, and sequencing
Translate regulatory and underwriting requirements into clear product requirements, timelines, and dependencies for Engineering teams
Maintain an execution-focused roadmap reflecting stakeholder-defined priorities and regulatory deadlines
Coordinate cross-functional execution, proactively managing dependencies, risks, and trade-offs
Support operational readiness and change management, including release notes, training, and internal and external communications
Maintain clear tracking of state requirements, decisions, timelines, and progress to ensure shared visibility and accountability
Monitor releases post-launch and coordinate follow-up work as needed
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
Professional experience in personal lines insurance, with strong knowledge of insurance product management and familiarity with state regulations
Experience executing regulated product changes with fixed timelines and low tolerance for error
Strong organizational and project management skills, including managing multiple state-specific workstreams at the same time
Proven ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable execution plans that can be understood across teams
Clear and effective communicator, especially in written documentation
Comfortable operating as a coordination layer between business stakeholders and Engineering teams
Ability to navigate ambiguity, ask clarifying questions, and drive work to completion
Customer and operations aware mindset, with attention to downstream impact and stakeholder management
