Requirements
10–15+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in aftermarket rotating equipment, turbomachinery, cryogenics, oil & gas, or industrial services.
Proven success scaling aftermarket businesses with recurring revenue models and multi-year service agreements.
Demonstrated ability to lead large, distributed sales organizations and transform commercial performance.
Track record of closing complex, high-value contracts with global customers.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline required.
MBA or advanced business qualification strongly preferred.
