Managing all sales activities within the assigned markets and territory.
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Developing and implementing sales plans tailored to the regional market to drive sales growth.
Tracking, recording, and compiling reports, utilizing Salesforce CRM, on pipeline, funnel and bookings.
Collaborating with the Aftermarket sales team and other departments such as marketing and customer service to achieve sales objectives and enhance the client experience.
Ensuring the highest levels of service standards and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Making presentations to clients, service offerings and developing product solutions tailored to their business needs.
Leading negotiations with clients, including finalizing contracts and agreements.
Acting as a brand ambassador
representing and promoting the company's values and products at all times, including at industry events and trade shows.
Ability to travel 50-75% of time.
Requirements
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in engineering or business degree, or a related field from an accredited institution.
5+ years of experience in aftermarket sales or business development relevant to the Aerospace or Industrial Gas markets, selling cryogenic equipment, pumps or rotating equipment.
Experience in the commercial space sector (launch systems, orbital services, or spaceflight operations) is preferred
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record of successfully growing sales.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
