About this role

Overseeing a territory including but not limited to Cayey, Guayama, Ponce, Mayaguez & Arecibo.
Conducts complex analyses to create reports on consumer behavior, product performance, and market trends.
Researches and evaluates new Product Management techniques and recommends enhancements to existing processes and protocol.
Creates presentations to illustrate progress on product developments, launches, and roadmaps.
Conducts pricing calculations for new products to determine product value based on market assessments.
Coaches more junior colleagues in techniques, processes and responsibilities.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; equivalent experience is also considered.
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Valid driver's license
