The Regional Demand Planner is responsible for the demand planning process for their regional business.
This role supports the monthly forecasting cycle and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
Maintain close relationships with customer facing functions to understand underlying demand trends and insights around market intelligence.
Drive alignment to the monthly forecast through market demand review and support communication of the demand plan and insights through the Organization.
Partner with business partners to collect, analyze, consolidate, and report data and insights to improve decision-making and drive process maturity.
Develop a culture of accountability around maintaining key supply chain inputs that reflect actual performance as it exists in the current state.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of professional work experience
Experience with Supply Chain, Commercial/Marketing or Finance Demand Planning experience
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent University degree is required.
MBA or equivalent preferred.
Green Belt Six Sigma Certifications & Supply Chain Certification (APICS/IBF) preferred.
Experience with ERP (SAP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred.
Must possess strong analytical reasoning, business intelligence (BI), business savvy, coaching, communication, data analysis, predictive modeling, and process improvement skills.
