Lead the development of training programs for a brand-new LEU+ manufacturing facility
Determine necessary training requirements for the new processes
Develop and implement a training plan for the LEU+ project
Create training materials including manuals, SOPs, e-learning modules, and hands-on training guides
Facilitate regular communication with your team to ensure training needs are met and adjustments are made
Monitor training progress and maintain accurate records of employee qualifications
Requirements
Associate degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development or a related field
Minimum 5 years' training program experience in a manufacturing environment
