Supports, maintains, and/or resolves incidents on enterprise-wide Product Lifecycle Management systems and/or applications software
Involved in supervised planning of system maintenance and upgrade deployments
Provides operational end user support, guidance, and incident management to agreed service levels
Performs or supports testing and maintenance of system corrections as well as creating and maintaining internal knowledge base documentation
End-user support of TeamCenter PLM software
Monitor, address, and resolve Teamcenter production environment incidents, service requests, workflows, client install packages
Document all aspects of system support such that knowledge is readily shared
Support system integration testing with business users as necessary
Provide demos to users as and when required

Bachelor’s Degree with zero (0) years of experience or 4 years of experience in lieu of education
Familiarity with Systems Software support, development and maintenance
Experience with supporting applications
Experience with desktop, end-user support and incident resolution
Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) with the ability to obtain a SAP
Ability to obtain a Security+ certification within 1 year
