Requirements
7+ years of performance marketing or growth experience
Demonstrated ability to drive meaningful business outcomes within subscription-based business models and the mobile app space.
Experience building performance measurement frameworks and working with data/BI teams
Comfort and confidence working hands-on in consumer-centric ad platforms while also managing strategy and team design. Channel mix should go beyond Meta and Google into programmatic, audio, CTV, and more
Analytical proficiency turning large data sets into actionable insights that turn into strategy and action
You’re a hands-on growth marketer with deep performance marketing experience and a strong analytical mindset. You understand what it takes to build an acquisition engine from the ground up and enjoy both strategy and execution.
You’re motivated by work that matters. You’re energized by helping bring products to families that support them through real, often emotionally complex moments.
You thrive in highly collaborative environments and believe the best growth outcomes come from tight partnerships across cross-functional teams.
