Maintain IT security operations functions and ensure data protection for IEHP’s members and providers.
Create and maintain IAM\PAM related documentation.
Responsible for provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts.
Configure and Administer IAM \PAM, SSO, and MFA implementation and maintenance functions.
Manage any access requests and entitlements functions.
Perform access reviews and certification functions.
Investigate and resolve access-related issues.
Prepare reports on IAM activities and metrics.
Stay up to date on IAM best practices and regulatory requirements.
Perform and complete security operations monitoring tasks as assigned.
Perform security incident response functions.
Perform any other duties as required to ensure Health Plan operations and department business needs are successful.
Requirements
Three plus (3+) years of hands-on cybersecurity experience in a regulated industry (Healthcare, financial, military, etc.)
Experience implementing cybersecurity controls
Experience with end user support
Exposure to working in an environment supporting multiple business units/departments/sections
Experience with creating and maintaining documentation
Associates degree from an accredited institution required
In lieu of the required degree, a minimum of two (2) years of additional cybersecurity work experience is required for this position. This experience is in addition to the minimum years listed in the Experience Requirements above.
