Ensure the reliability, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the plant's manufacturing assets and infrastructure
Provide leadership and management of site technical resources, including engineering, maintenance, and facility personnel
Lead development, management, and implementation of the site capital plan
Manage capital budgets, ensuring accuracy and deliverance of financial forecasts
Ensure asset reliability through the development, planning, and execution of preventative and predictive maintenance plans
Responsible for all utility operations and maintenance to support plant operations
Collaborate on the development and execution of plant strategic actions
Requirements
B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical) or other science degree with significant technical content or equivalent or equivalent job experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience in manufacturing engineering
Experience in engineering and leadership roles within consumer-packaged goods or food and beverage industries
Two or more years of personnel management experience
Two or more years of project management experience
Practical knowledge and relevant experience in the areas of Maintenance, Utilities, Process and Packaging Engineering, Project Management and Capital Administration
