Plan and execute a portfolio of high-impact events, including major industry conferences and trade shows(HIMSS, HLTH), Suki-hosted field events, executive roundtables, and virtual programs
Own end-to-end event management: strategy, budgeting, vendor coordination, logistics, staffing, and on-site execution
Define event goals and success metrics, and deliver post-event reporting tied to engagement, pipeline influence, and ROI
Manage events related deliverables including pre and post event communications, list management, and more
Partner closely with Demand Gen to drive event promotion, registration, and conversion across the funnel
Manage external agencies, production vendors, and venues
Continuously test and optimize formats, activations, and attendee experiences to improve performance over time
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Leadership to deliver integrated programs that support growth
Support weekly and monthly marketing performance reporting across key platforms (Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics, etc.)
Requirements
5 years of events marketing experience with a focus on demand gen
Able to manage stakeholders, priorities, and multiple projects
Exceptional communication, written, and organizational skills
Experienced in managing events related tasks and deadlines
