Realize division objectives for sales and revenue growth
Maintain productive relationships with suppliers and customers
Ensure appropriate staffing, maintenance, and development of the sales team to achieve division goals
Establish a management structure that aligns with division and supplier sales objectives
Relay sales objectives to all sales management, incorporating supplier goals into the sales plan
Build and sustain relationships with community and governmental entities for public relations and operational success
Provide monthly sales forecasts to the State Sales Finance Team for timely procurement planning
Advise on product pricing and gross margin strategies, offering recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; master’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-10 years of management experience in the alcoholic beverage industry
Valid state driver's license and the ability to meet vehicle insurance requirements; Alcohol Beverage Commission (ABC) License as required by the state
Ability to regularly lift up to 30 pounds
Occasional travel may be required for this position.
