Working with our distribution partners to help differentiate The Hartford in the marketplace.
Leverage data analytics and digital tools to provide insights and predictive solutions.
Serve as a trusted advisor, educating clients on emerging risks and best practices.
Contribute to innovation initiatives that integrate AI and human expertise for precision and speed.
Requirements
Background in risk engineering, safety, or related fields; specialty expertise or multi-line experience preferred.
Technical knowledge in risk control and industry standards
Strong consultative skills to market risk mitigation solutions
Self-starters who can independently manage a client service book across a designated territory.
Technical writing proficiency to effectively communicate risk evaluation and mitigation measures to clients and underwriters
Ability to analyze data and tell a compelling story with insights
Proficiency with digital tools (dashboards, mobile apps, client platforms) and openness to emerging technologies
Customer-centric mindset and collaborative approach
Certification in safety or risk management disciplines (such as CSP, CIH, CPCU, CFPS, ARM) is a plus.
Degree in engineering, safety, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
