Role Overview

• Lead and coach a high-performing EAM team
• Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and professional development
• Manage revenue forecasting, budgeting, and optimization of ALM revenue streams
• Serve as a trusted advisor for customer stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
• Ensure standardized, premier service delivery in compliance with global contracts

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience
• 5+ years managing complex, large enterprise accounts
• Advanced working knowledge of the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition) industry
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong business acumen
• Salesforce.com proficiency
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills
