15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance transformation and/or Data & Analytics.
Experience leading complex, multi-year, global transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of financial systems, data governance, and analytics platforms.
Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in matrixed environments.
Strategic thinker with strong execution focus.
Effective communicator with experience engaging senior leaders.
Ability to lead through influence and drive alignment across global teams.
Experience building and developing high-performing teams.
Strong digital fluency and comfort with emerging technologies.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
