Director, Product Management – New Product Development, Consumer Lending

Role Overview

• Drive the strategy, vision, and execution of innovative lending products.
• Define the future of lending experience—leading cross-functional teams and guiding new product development.
• Serve as the integration lead for an upcoming merger with an established credit union.
• Ensure efficient progression from research to concept to delivery, maximizing product development value.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team while collaborating across the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technology, business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of product management or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of people leader experience.
• Experience working with consumer lending products.
• Experience leading or supporting large-scale product conversion planning.
• Experience developing and launching new consumer lending products.
• Experience with financial institution mergers to lead product assessments.
